OPEN avocado in half (skin and pit removed)
EXTRACT avocado pulp.
THROW in the avocado in the food processor or blender
CHOP cilantro and add to food processor
GRATE lemon peel and lemon juice and add to the food processor
ADD the rest of ingredients to the food processor: Vinegar, garlic, water, salt and pepper.
CLOSE the food processor and process for one minute until is creamy

- ¼ cup agave

- 1 dash of pepper
